Join us for morning yoga overlooking Lower Lake. This one hour all levels yoga class will connect you to your breath and to nature.  We will flow through yoga poses like water, honoring the flexibility and power of this amazing element.  We will begin with a guided meditation and end resting beneath the trees, all levels are welcome.  Please bring your breath, your love for the lake, and your yoga mat and water.  Your donations directly benefit the Doan Brook Watershed Partnership and its work to protect this beautiful waterway in our community.  Pre-Register today.
